Day2 (31 Mar)Arrive Taoyuan international airport

Arrive Taoyaun international airport around 18:15 then transfer to the hotel and check-in.

Day3 (1 Apr) Taipei–YehLiu GEOPARK– Hsuehshan Tunnel–HuaLien

Taipei- National palace museum - north coast Yeh-Liu GEOPARK -Hsuehshan Tunnel (the longest tunnel in taiwan)-HuaLien (aborigine cultural show) Hualien County is approximately 4628 sq. km and has a population of about 350,000. Four hundred years ago, the Portuguese sailors went past the East Coast of Taiwan, fascinated by its beauty, and called it “FORMOSA.” It was called“chi-lai” in the ancient period. Owing to the Hualien River empties into the Pacific Ocean on the East Coast , where the surge and wave is turbulent, it is also called “huei-lan,” similar sound with Hualien

Day4 (2 Apr)HuaLien–Taroko national park–marble workshop –Taitung (hot spring)

After breakfast,head to Taroko National Park and observe scenery. Taroko gorge has stately and towering cliffs and valleys of note. On the journey, tour stops at Eternal-Spring Shrine, Swallows Grottos, Tunnels of Nine Turns and other scenic areas. After lunch, visit the marble workshop and then head to Taitung over night at Goya hot spring hotel,enjoy the lovely hot spring (please bring your own swimming suit for hot spring)

Day5 (3 Apr)TaiTung–Kengting–Maobitou–Kaohsiung–the british consulate at Takau–Love river cruise

Maobitou, Situated on the southernmost tip of the southwest cape, Maobitou looks out to Eluanbi across the Bashi Channel, and got its name from a cat-like rock that broke off from the cliffs. Here you will find a typical coral reef coast, with interesting landforms such as fringing reef shores, slumping cliffs, eroded fissures, columns, and potholes. The british consulate at Takau–the 2nd class historic site,the first western style building in taiwan .Many historical documents record Kaohsiung was referred to the name “Ta-kau” (pronounced in mandarin),which means bamboo forest. Now Kaohsiung is an oceanic and harbor city, also a major metropolis and heavy industry city of Taiwan. Facing the Taiwan Strait to the west, the maritime city is famous for its hospitality and great climate, with its fine natural harbor, Kaohsiung is growing as a second-largest city. Love river cruise at night.

After breakfast, board bus to Tainan for tour of Chihkan Tower,Anping Fort, The Eternal Golden Castle.Tainan City,the ancient capital of Taiwan. Situated on the southwestern coastal plains of the island and enjoys a warm climate year-round. it is the island’s oldest and now fourth largest city. with its long history. Tainan is rich in historic sites and clutural heritage.  In the afternoon, head to Nantou and visit Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area, (Sun Moon Lake Cruise) . Spend the night at city inn hotel in Taichung

Taichung — Taipei — National Chiang Kai-shek memorial hall –Office of the President (pass by ) — Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Memorial hall — Taipei 101 ,the 2nd highest building in the world (to the observatory is your option )– ShiLing night market ,shopping, eating, finding interesting Taiwan culture , it is an amazing palce, you will also have the chance to try traditional taiwanese vendor food (pls note, the observatory entrance & ShiLing Market’s dinner are on passengers own expenses)
