Q 1 我有什麼方式可以訂票?

Q 2 訂位時須提供什麼資訊呢?
A 我們需要下列五項資訊:

1. 姓名之英文拼法 (跟護照上的相同喔)
2. 預計之出發和回程 日期 (s)
3. 希望搭乘之 航空公司
4. 座位艙等
5. 電話號碼 以及 e-mail 地址
Q 3 我可以如何付款?

A

我們收 現金, 支票 以及 信用卡 匯款卡 (credit + debit cards)
(普通信用卡須另加 2% 的費用/ 美國運通卡需另加 3%的費用).

支票請開給 Ours Travel,如需郵寄,記得提供您希望收票的地址

信用卡匯款卡付款,請提供以下的資料:

1.持卡人姓名
2.卡的種類 (eg Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Delta or Switch)
3.卡號
4.卡上的有效期限, 開始日期, 以及Issue number(某些 Debit cards 才需要)
5. Security Code (卡片背面簽名處有一串數字,我們需要最後三碼)
6.如果是台灣的卡,請提供您帳單的地址
7.您希望收票的地址
 

Q 4 我可以如何拿到機票呢?

A

你可以到我們辦公室 Mon-Fri 9:30~17:30 Sat 9:30~12:00

或是我們可以將機票 掛號郵寄 到您的地址去.
Q 5 郵寄的機票多久會到?
A 當我們收到您的付款後,我們即可開票然後郵寄到您的住址.我們通常是寄 限時專送(1st Class), 掛號 (Recorded Delivery). 或是您可以多付鎊郵費寄 快遞 (Special Delivery), 這是郵局保證隔天中午以前讓您收到.

限時專送 和 掛號 在三天內即可收到.

Special delivery guaranteed next day delivery before 12 pm
Recorded delivery ticket will reach you within 3 days
1st class delivery ticket will reach you within 3 days
Q 6 機票沒寄到該怎麼辦?

A

掛號 (Recorded Delivery) 快遞 (Special Delivery) 都可以透過英國的郵局Royal Mail來追蹤郵件的去向.萬一郵件被延遲或是遺失,我們必須要請您填一張機票遺失單,再補發票您.若收到原本的機票,請您務必寄回給我們
Q 7 網路上列出的機票價錢有包含機場稅嗎?

A

No. Airport taxes need to be added to the fares listed.
The Airport taxes may vary depend on the airports used and the exchange rate on the ticketing date.
Q 8 為什麼用信用卡 (Credit Card) 付款需要另外付 2% 的費用呢?
A Our bank charges us a 2% surcharge for every transaction
Q 9 請問 退票 改票 等等的規則如何呢?

A

每一家航空公司的規則都不一樣,請記得在訂位的時候要問清楚喔.
Q 12 How do I upgrade using vouchers and e-mileage?

A

Please provide your membership number when you make the booking and let us know the class to which you wish to upgrade and also the method by which you wish to do so.
Q 13 Do you sell tickets departing from Taiwan to UK?
A I am afraid of that we can not sell this type of flight ticket.
Q 14 Do you provide a visa application service?
A Unfortunately we are not able to provide this service as we do not currently have the staff. We may, however look into this in the future.
Q 15 Why are your telephone lines always engaged?
A While we do our utmost to ensure that we provide a complete and efficient service to you, the customer, we do have limited staff and sometimes our lines can become jammed, especially during particularly busy periods. We can only apologise and ask that, if you have any urgent matters please contact us by email or fax.
Q 16 Why is there no response to my emails?
A Email booking has become increasingly popular in recent month, we will reply your emails as soon as possible.
Q 17 Why do the fares change?
A The airlines reserve the right to make changes to fares and flight schedules. We will try our best to update the newest change.
Q 18 How often do you update the website?
A We update the website frequently for the newest fares and offers. Please let us know if there is any question and comment.
Q 19 What is the refund / cancellation / date change policy?
A It depends on the airline and booking class. Most special offers are restricted to some limitation. Please contact us for more detail.
