1. How do I make a booking?
You can telephone us on 020 - 7388 - 8955 or book online. Go to Homepage or Flight page and use the search box to find your best tickets.
2. What information do I have to provide?
There are 5 essential pieces of information required to make a booking:
* Full name (as displayed on your travelling passport)
* Travelling date(s)
* Preferred airline(s)
* Seat class
* Telephone number and/or e-mail address.
3. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque and all major credit and debit cards. (There will be a 2.5% surcharge with every credit card purchase, a 3% surcharge applies for all American Express purchases). If the cardholder is not the passenger then the cardholder has to complete the credit card authorisation form and return it to us before the ticket can be issued.
4. How will I receive my tickets?
All tickets are now electronic tickets which you will receive by e-mail.
5. How long does it take for me to receive my ticket?
You should receive your e-ticket within 24 hours of payment.
6. Can I change the name of the passenger?
No. After we make any reservation, the passengers' names are not allowed to change. In order to do so, we must re-book the whole itinerary and seats and prices will be subject to availability. Please make sure of the name before you make a reservation and confirm the spelling when you receive the itinerary e-mail. If you do not receive the itinerary within 2 hours, please contact us to confirm your e-mail address.
7. Can I hold 2 different travelling dates with the same airline?
No, we are unable to hold 2 different travelling dates with the same airline company as it is the policy of airlines to automatically cancel all double bookings. To avoid this, please make sure you do not make 2 bookings with the same airline, even with 2 different travel agents.
